"Rami vieta. Iš numerio lango matėsi vanduo. Lovos labai patogios, švari minkšta patalinė. Pusryčiai sotūs, skanūs ir įvairūs. Labai patiko. Rekomenduoju."

Pusryčiai norėtųsi kad būtų ilgiau. Kai buvome tai buvo nuo 7h iki 10h.

Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.

Yra smulkių pastebėjimų. Kondicionieriui reikia techninio aptarnavimo. Baterijų kondicionieriui. Čiužinys kiek išgulėtas. Ir maistas galėtų būti geresnis. Patarčiau imti šį viešbutį tik su pusryčiais, o pietauti ar vakarieniauti kitur.

"I really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is like an oasis of calm in Bissau. Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

There was nothing I didn't like.

"The room is spacious and it is clean mostly, that's important. The AC & appliances works well, includes the bathroom and water pressure. Two good beaches are in walking distance from this hotel, as well as some good eateries."

The shower place is bit smaller, the mirror is made of wooden frame which the paint is dropping off. Not enough sand catching carpet at the lift lobby or corridor.

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

A huge TV with smart TV function👍Beautiful, well-maintained grounds, friendly staff who are always available and responsive to visitors' requests. Delicious breakfasts, a cool, clean pool! The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a problem with the heating in the room and on the third night they changed us to another room, which was great."

The first room we had was very cold as the heating was not working.

"The shuttle bus from the airport was on site when we arrived and very comfortable after the plane ride. Check in was quick and the staff was amazing. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable."
