"It is a old hotel with a lot of character and charm. Very high ceilings."

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

"+ Very friendly and helpful staff! Always smiling and polite. Breakfast is great value. Location is perfect for me. I very much enjoyed the swimming pool and there's a small gym too. I have stayed there 3 x."

Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.

I also really liked the stylish and cozy bar area. The interior design is beautiful and thoughtfully done. You can clearly see the creative ideas behind the concept, all focused on making guests feel comfortable. The team work of the staff is impressive. Service is smooth and professional. The food is delicious, breakfasts and lunch were excellent. The spa area is another highlight, especially the hammam and the pool with refreshing ice cold water.Wonderful! Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming hotel that fully deserves a high rating. I would definitely stay here again."

The only downside is the soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in the hallway, especially when guests check in or out or use the shower nearby. The room 105 could benefit from better noise insulation.

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

Yra smulkių pastebėjimų. Kondicionieriui reikia techninio aptarnavimo. Baterijų kondicionieriui. Čiužinys kiek išgulėtas. Ir maistas galėtų būti geresnis. Patarčiau imti šį viešbutį tik su pusryčiais, o pietauti ar vakarieniauti kitur.

"It's on the beach, right as you want it to be at a place like Turks. The atmosphere is, in general, very cozy, and the overall premises work well. It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. They are, though, a bit old, but they still provide a good stay, and everything worked as expected."

The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.

"Hotel upgraded my room, they gave me a delux room instead of standard room. We've got dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. It was excellent!"

Furniture and rugs are a little old. Needs to be renewed.

"The hotel itself is modern, and the rooms are impressively large and kept spotless with daily cleaning. A huge shoutout to the staff—they were genuinely helpful and made the stay much better. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of fresh options to choose from."

There are a few areas that need immediate attention. First, the hot water in the shower never quite reached a comfortable temperature. Second, the Spa hours are misleading; it’s advertised until 8 PM but closed at 6 PM during my stay. Location : it’s in the old part of the city, which is charming by day, but the surrounding streets are quite dark at night.

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

The pillow is square, large and uncomfortable. I got a pain in the neck because of it. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was so bad it was undrinkable.
