"We came very late in the morning and Hamza was very kind to receive us and show us around. The room was a surprise - clean, very new with a perfect shower and a techie mirror - :) The location was near the Asian express terminal where we could find the exchange office and got a bus -" mashrutka" downtown. We enjoyed our stay there for sure - thank you !"

Pats faktas, kad hostelis įsikūręs Metelkovoje, yra tuo pačiu ir pliusas ir minusas. Dieną ir vakare super vaibas, menas, grafičiai, muzika, žmonės... Bet 7val ryte išėjus į lauką buvo nejauku, nes pristojo keletas apsirūkiusių, per naktį nemiegusių jaunuolių. Bet pačiai nakvynės vietai jokių priekaištų neturiu

"Puiki lokacija ir susisiekimas. Daug lankytinų objektų aplink. Prie pat tramvajaus stotelės, visai šalia- autobusų, troleibusų. Lankiaus su vaiku, tai viešasis transportas buvo aktualu. Netoli kavinės, parduotuvės. Šeimininkas malonus, paslaugus. Kadangi į kambarį grįždavome tik permiegoti, tai lovos patogios. Užtenka patalynės, rankšluoščių, kitų higienos reikmenų. Ideali vieta trumpai viešnagei."

Jeigu jautriai miegate, tai gali trukdyti tramvajai po langu ir linksmi kavinių lankytojai 😀 Būtų puiku, jei šaldytuvas būtų kambaryje, o ne bendro naudojimo (bet čia tik smulkmena)

"Vieta visai šalia wiking line kelto , tai su tašėm eiti tik 5 min.kaip hostelyje kai dušai ir tualetai bendri visai nieko, pakankamai švaru ir tvaėkinga, nebuvo grūsties,geros lovos ir patalynė švari."

Kai viešėjome helsinkyje buvo 27 šilumos langai į pietų pusę, tai buvo per karšta, atsidaro tik lango mažoji dalis, neužtektinai vėdinimui, nuėjus į registratūra ir paprašius rankenos ,kad atsidaryti ir didesnę lango dalį, pasakė sorry ,čia tokia sistema ir kitos pusės neatidarinėjam . Kondicionieriaus nėra.pusryčiai vargingi,

"Charlie welcomed me very friendly and introduced me to the house and facilities. Everything was very clean and welcoming. Communication was absolute great and there was no issues at all. Although I accidentally chose the wrong room when I booked, she allowed me to change it (I wanted a female room) without hesitation. Thanks Charlie for your great hospitality, I will definitely recommend 77 Tourist House!"

"The location sits on main public transit options; Bus stop, METRO station, and one street away a main connecting street offering additional public bus stops & connections. A short walk uphill lands you at a central interception from which all directions of pedestrian pathways are possible to explore the city and sights."

Food shops & markets in the district are regionally expensive. The area for basic cold food storage and microwave reheating of food needs a serious update. For the number of guests the refrigerator is way to small. The small microwave does not fit common delivery food packages, or a standard dinner plate for reheating.

"The atmosphere is very welcoming, homely, laidback. The staff are both locals and volunteers and this mix creates a great atmosphere. The friday braais are great for meeting people and can be a good pre-drinks for going out. Next to that it isn't a massive party hostel, which is a good thing to me. It's social, and many drinks are done in the evening in the common area, but when you go to sleep it has mostly quieted down. People that want to party further go out to the city at that point. There aren't that many other activities, but people organize it through the hostel whatsapp. Sometimes they do a volley session on the beach or volunteers might initiate something like Laura starting her Thursdays morning workout! Also, they are very relaxed in letting us borrow some coolers from the kitchen to go to the beach or a weekend festival even."

I would love it if the volley would become a weekly scheduled thing too. That on Wednesday / Tuesday and the braai on Fridays would be the perfect amount of planned activities combined with spontaneous stuff that's planned through whatsapp.

"Everything. The place is beautiful, super cozy, and very clean. You can really feel the love and attention to detail everywhere. The chill areas are great to relax, and the breakfast was more than decent. Amélie, the owner, is an amazing host – so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Her Auberge is truly a dream."

The only small downside was the location being a bit far from the central bus station, but that’s just a personal preference and didn’t affect the overall great experience.

"everything was super clean, the facilities were great, and there were plenty of sinks and bathrooms so you never had to wait for ages to get ready. the fact there is a sauna was an amazing bonus. beds super comfy with super fresh new white sheets - felt like I should've been paying way more. Location is great - most places in the city walkable within 30mins, and a five minute walk away from central station so really easy to use public transport"

"A short stroll from the main drag and market, but without the noise.A fully equipped kitchen, a shady garden, plenty of toilets and showers hot aswell, in the dormitory section,all kept clean throughout day, for breakfast i recommend you go to Kumba Lodge, turn left and walk along the beach for 15 minutes, youll see it up on the ridge, dont forget to take sandals as the sand maybe too hot to walk on coming back.Nice secluded back garden.You can walk to Barra, by turning left, walk atound the headland, places yo eat and drink there, anout 8kms one way, take plenty of water."
