"This is an excellent small guesthouse and the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area is very quiet and Bahir Dar is one of the most beautiful cities in Africa. The hosts, Ashenafi and Habtamu, showed us around and made us feel very welcome."

This is a new guesthouse and they are still getting all the facitilties that a western tourist would expect, but everything important was there including shower, cooking facilities, chairs and tables in the patio and a barbeque!

Not really any downside about the accommodation. A car is needed as you cant really walk from there into town, but there is on-site parking and taxi services.

"The room was comfortable and the bed was nice and soft. It's a great place to chill out for a day or two away from all the tourists and you can see a more local side of Aruba. Ac and wifi worked really well and you could use the kitchen for coffee. Jay and his dog were really helpful and friendly."

The kitchen was not equipped very well. It is sufficient only for short stays. So if you stay for two or three nights it is OK - otherwise you will not be able to prepare decent meals there.

"The property is in a great location, close to all different kinds of food and walkable to the waterfront. Everything is very clean, quiet and comfortable. The host is lovely and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Facilities are great, and there is a washing machine you can use free of charge. Aircon works well."

The shower is cold, but it’s manageable because it’s so hot.

"中式早餐以稀飯為主食，另有吐司果醬可以選擇，豐富配菜及紅烏龍茶飲、鮮奶，吃到飽。 民宿最棒的就是提供洗衣機、烘乾機，讓出外多天的旅人可以清洗一些髒衣服，超方便的、大推；房間面窗可看到花東縱谷美景，距離鹿野高台車程10分鐘很近，地點絕佳，民宿還免費出借腳踏車可以漫遊鹿野，可惜這次來不及使用到。 入住前最擔心的吃飯問題，民宿附近有草仔粿、紅豆餅(下午)，晚餐可以吃附近路口轉彎處的猛爸爸快炒，或到鹿野車站旁吃合菜，都不踩雷、好吃。"

"Monica and Nobert are amazing hosts. They are always there to help you. They know a lot about the area and the country so their advices are always welcomed. They are really nice to talk to and share a meal with. They have 2 nice kids. Like Monica told me, « they are a home, not an hotel » and it’s way better that way! :) The room was clean and confortable. The included breakfast was really delicious and huge and it changed every day. They offer to cook for you if you want to eat dinner with them which is really great. They offer a twin lakes tour which was amazing with a lot of informations."

The bathroom is a little small and it’s cold water, but you can get a bucket of hot water so it’s ok. It’s not so close to city center, but moto are easy to find to get there, or walk for a bit is possible.

Camerele sunt foarte mici ,de abia ai loc sa te miști. Aerul condiționat nu prea exista, este un fel de ventilator care nu face fata absolut deloc.

Painavien matkatavaroiden rahtaus kapeissa portaissa yläkertaan vaivalloista. Suihkussa ei laskutilaa pesuvälineille. Amme ei hyvä suihkualusta. Sisäänkäynnin sähköinen lukko piti meteliä, kun sitä käytti. Pysäköinti pihaan jyrkkää mäkeä pitkin.

"Vieta automobiliui, paslaugumas. Netoli upė su puikiu taku :) Vaikų žaidimų aikštelė prie upės. Ramu, tylu. Apartamentuose visko ko reikia ir trumpam apsistojimui ir ilgesniam laikui."

Problema: pulsuojančios šilumos vanduo duše, nebuvo patogu.

Staying in a whole house was great! The location allowed me to spend very quiet and comfortable nights. It was conveniently situated close to the coastal road and within easy walking distance. "Super kind and helpful hosts (speak Spanish, English and French). Very big and well equipped rooms, hammocks and comfy seats to relax in the tropical garden, with various plants and trees... A restaurant just next door and a supermarket in short walking distance... only 15min to the airport... Very comfy bed and warm water shower... Would highly recommend this place!"
