If you are a light sleeper, you might find the noise from the road (10m away) and the railway behind it excessive, as well as noise from the next door neighbours with small kids, etc.

The Guesthouse Is set in the middle of the beautiful and lush nature and close to everything and also with a bus stop just across from the property..

Painavien matkatavaroiden rahtaus kapeissa portaissa yläkertaan vaivalloista. Suihkussa ei laskutilaa pesuvälineille. Amme ei hyvä suihkualusta. Sisäänkäynnin sähköinen lukko piti meteliä, kun sitä käytti. Pysäköinti pihaan jyrkkää mäkeä pitkin.

"Hosts were super friendly, very helpful and kind. Silvio gave me a ride back to airport when I arrived and needed to pick up my partner (we traveled separately there). The house and the room were nice and clean, huge fridge and well equipped kitchen for the guests to use. Netflix with guest account in the room was a nice extra. Big terrace with sunbeds. The location itself was lovely, locals were friendly and helpful as well. Airport is very close, 40 mins walk or 6 mins with the car."

I know it's not the hosts fault, because there was an issue with the pool due the construction works in the neighborhood the time we're staying there and we couldn't use it. Would have been nice, because the pool itself is pretty big.

"We had a wonderful stay here. Christina and her husband are excellent hosts, very caring and go above and beyond. Beautiful garden with pool. We used it as a base to explore Peniche, Ericiera, Lisbon etc. It was like home from home, except for Christina's lovely home bakes! Thanks"

Tout était vraiment parfait. Si nous devons repartir en Guyane nous savons où aller.

"My stay at this guest house was absolutely fantastic! The host was excellent, very kind, and provided a lot of detailed advice before my trip, which was incredibly helpful. Staying in a whole house was great! The location allowed me to spend very quiet and comfortable nights. It was conveniently situated close to the coastal road and within easy walking distance. When I travel to Tonga again, I will definitely choose to stay here! Highly recommend."

"Malaki and his family were great hosts! Very helpful and friendly. Sorted out lots of things for us with no fuss, even though we booked last minute and had limited planning. We had some good laughs! Good view of volcano, and hear the rumbling! Simple and authentic ni-Van accommodation."

Malaki still had a few things to finish... eg switching for solar lights and some plumbing... but we were 2nd guests, so it will be more complete for next guests

We didn't expect that "shared kitchen" means that the host is actually living and sleeping at the kitchen, but as we stayed for one night it was not a problem.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. loved listening to her speak of her children. the love in her eye's that that shows for her children and moko's that live in Aotearoa when speaking of them. As well as her belated husband. Thank you so much for everything and opening up your home and making us feel like family I will always remember the aroha that you have shown us whilst our visit to Rarotonga. I wish you nothing but the best. I hope anyone that books your house respects and appreciates you and your beautiful whare/ house that you work hard to maintain. "The view was absolutely stunning, and the service was truly excellent — the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The kitchen was very well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, which made everything so convenient. We also loved the swing and theres free horse riding experience provided. it was such a unique and enjoyable touch."

The only minor downsides were that the jacuzzi water wasn’t hot during our stay, and there were quite a number of bugs at night, so it was a bit difficult to sit outside for long. Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience and we really enjoyed our time there.

"Beautiful villa on countryside. Jerry is excellent host he is very generous and try to help with all guest needs. Not to forget co-host Sam he can bring you from the airport and take you anywhere around the island. Excellent service. House is well equipped and has it all. Room was specious and modern. Separate room where you can wash your clothes. About 25 mins walk to Dickenson bay/beach and 10 mins walk to closest supermarket. Highly recommended to stay especially for solo travelers"
