"Great place. The flat is clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. Two terraces, the opportunity to eat breakfast with a beautiful view is priceless. The owners were VERY helpful and organised a place for us to store our two SUP boards by the beach. We didn't have to move or pump them up every day. THANKS On-site parking. "The whole team was very friendly and helpful for anything you needed. In particular Darin was such a great support and important in Thailand, she speaks good English. The villas are beautiful, taken care with love and good taste. There is all you need equiped, very useful with even a washing machine. There are great restaurants in a short driving distance. To walk around the lake next to the resort was our daily routine, save and clean."

I would say it is definately beneficial to have either a own car or rent a motorbike. It is possilbe to walk for sure, but the distances to beach, restaurants, 711... were a bid further than expected.

Little troubles with water pressure and warm water but Khatira was helpful and ready to solve problems.

Das offene Wohnzimmer und der Essbereich müssen gut geheizt werden, weil die warme Luft nach oben steigt.

Not a didn’t like but consider one restaurant ‘Tet Rouge’ open a short walk away. Hire car a must for getting about.

The road outside the house can be a little noisy but not too bad at night.

"We had a very spacious appartment. The location is amazing you can walk everywhere and start cross country skiing right at the appartment. For us it was a very nice stay and we would come again!"

Overall the appartment came into the years a little bit. Some lights were not working so well for example, the sauna was hard to get very hot and the fan in the bathroom did not work. We did not mind very much but maybe there should be some maintenance works done in the nearer future.

"Amazing place- very special. Large accommodation. Loved having ac in the bedrooms. Well equipped. Lots of wildlife in the garden, we woke one morning to a whole troupe of howler monkeys in the tree above our house and we were able to sit in the lookout area and watch them. Great location - very close to beach and cafes. Owner responsive and helpful."

Kitchen equipment could do with a bit of a refresh - eg chopping boards. And it's more expensive than anywhere else we stayed - but it was totally worth it, we loved it.

The shower pressure was on a low side however the owner promised to act on it.

Nous n'avons vraiment rien à redire sur la maison tant tout y est superbement agencé et ou tout est à notre disposition pour que le séjour se passe superbement bien. Nous n'avons vu aucun points négatifs à cette location.

"We were welcomed by very friendly hosts who were very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The accommodation is in a beautiful location with a very nice outdoor seating area overlooking the mountains. We are sure this will not be our last stay."

Would've been helpful to know about the hot tub maintenance guy popping in - they accidentally scared one of my friends.
