Definitely exceeded my expectations The Hosts were very accessible and friendly, and the house was super clean! Even from dust! Super happy and would recommend this property"

Communal seating arrangements could be better / cosier, as well as outside space would be amazing with a terrace! Sauna had limited hours that we can't control, but is what is!

"Exceptional property has the river running through the front yard, with barbecue, hammock, swing and patio furniture. Two story house has the kitchen, bathroom and living room on the first floor, and the two bedrooms upstairs. Nice layout and fully equipped with everything you need. Manager was very friendly and helpful."

Each room had functioning air-con (which was a life saver) as well as the main lounge area. All the facilities were well maintained. The highlight was the bathroom. Location views are wonderful, very quiet location short drive up hill to San Morino and shortdrive down to Rimoni.

"The best house we booked ever . Reckon the best in Batumi area. Exceptional location , magnificent view, botanical garden.And very welcoming hosts, house owners . Large enough property for the family of 5 , very comfortable , all facilities including good TV and sound system.Thank you ! Will come again ."

"Great place. The flat is clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. Two terraces, the opportunity to eat breakfast with a beautiful view is priceless. The owners were VERY helpful and organised a place for us to store our two SUP boards by the beach. We didn't have to move or pump them up every day. THANKS On-site parking. A place worth recommending."
