Despite knowing the site’s policy of no cancellation, I still tried my luck and viola! the owner was kind enough to let us cancel with no fee. To add to our delight, the host even upgraded one of the 2 remaining rooms into a much bigger family room with no extra cost. Thank you for being kind to us."
