"The location is amazing. Grocery store very close by. It's cozy. Large room and clean, comfortable beds. Rachelle was amazing. Went beyond by providing some did you know?... sound of falls in pool was soothing. Kitchen facilities clean and complete with all needs. Yes I would come back in a heart beat."

Pool abit dirty and not clean completely. I would add ice machine or an available freezer for our ice. Lack of close by restaurants is a bummer.

Access was an initial challenge as this was not automated so you cannot let yourself in and had to wait until someone respond to the telephone! A ringing doorbell at the gate or at the front door would be helpful!

"Perfect apartment just in front of the sea and at 50 meters to your swim. Quiet, clean, big, and very good host. Yes, a little bit away from the village, 1 kilometer?, but it is just a matter of a short walk. Defenetely we do recomend it. We wish we could have staid longer Many thanks 😊"

"Lovely jamaican couple running a little Guest House just 5 min away from the beach. The highlight of the stay was the pool and the served food for dinner. I highly recommend eating at the Guest House! The rooms were spacious and nicely temperature thanks to the well working AC. If you looking for a nice and peaceful place to stay close to kokrobite, don't miss out on that one!"

"It was really good value for money in the area, the breakfast was nice and filling, egg made fresh, avocado, toast, fruit, coffee and tea. The room was really nice we thought it might be cold but the blankets kept us perfect temperature. Only a 4 minute drive from the bus terminal. The man on reception kindly flagged a tuktuk down for us in the morning to the terminal."

"We enjoyed staying at this quirky guest house. We were warmly met by the friendly owner and had plenty of space to hang out for the day we were there, waiting to catch a shuttle to Belize City. I say quirky because in our mini apartment, there was a bed in the kitchen ( as well as our bed in the bedroom), and there is an old US school bus in the garden. But it felt quirky rather than derelict. It's a 5min taxi ride to the bus terminal in town or a 20-minute walk. We chose the Taxi option. It's also close to a good bakery, and you can see the supermarket from the hammocks in the garden. There is a fabulous restaurant called Hambre which is a 20 min walk."

There was nothing we didn't like, but this place will not appeal to everyone. It feels local, and maybe a little dated, but it was spacious, safe, and clean, and everything we needed.

"absolutely top ', nice and kind is the owner. We were absolutely excited by breakfast - everything was fresh and homemade and we got the stories about all products which were used. We loved it and we will come with pleasure again. We can only recommended. and like a bonus, we can stay with our small dog, what was the first time in the existence of this hotel. Thank you again. "Cozy and clean guesthouse located in a good area. Rooms are spacious and have everything you could want. Personnel is exceptionally friendly and can help with all kinds of issues. Breakfast and food in general is really delicious! Have been here three times now and will come back again soon."
