"Первое что, конечно, восхищает - это панорамный вид на море с 12 этажа. Мы на этой террасе завтракали и ужинали, встречали закаты и рассветы. Видели стаю дельфинов. Сама квартира удобная и чистая. Для троих оптимальна. Рядом есть магазины, пляж. Хозяин оперативно решал все вопросы, спасибо ему. Если ещё раз приедем в Батуми, с удовольствием остановимся в этой квартире."

"Отличное расположение, чистота, шикарный вид на море. Внизу магазин Carrefour, кафе и автобусные остановки (на любом автобусе можно доехать до/с ЖД вокзала). Море в двух шагах, только перейти дорогу. Спокойный пляж, немного людей. Недалеко Ботанический сад. В квартире есть практически всё необходимое, хозяин отзывчивый."
