"Clean and comfy. Host was very kind and friendly. He speaks some English and always tried his best to make me feel welcomed. There is fridge, electric kettle, and even an AC/heater. Location is conveniently close to the central bus station. And there are also supermarkets nearby."

"This is the best hotel to stay in Kutaisi. The rooms are clean and well equiped, you even have a shared kitchen with tea coffee etc. The owner and his family is the kindest people. "Father and son, both of them take good care of their guests. Father doesn't speak English; son will translate everything. We want an Indian restaurant at 8 pm. The owner took us to a restaurant free of charge. I highly recommend this place."
