"Labai gera viešbučio lokacija. Malonu, kad vonios kambarys buvo naujai suremontuotas, vandens spaudimas buvo geras, nors buvome aukštai. Patogu, kad ilgai dirba registratūra. Geras fenas plaukams. Maloni patalynė."

"Kambaryje galėtų būti daugiau įrangos: bent dar viena kėdė, lentynėlė, spintelė prie lovos. Mes buvome 3 keturviečiame, sunkiai sutilpome su savo daiktais, nors buvome tik su rankiniu bagažu. Čiužiniai spyruokliniai, labai girgžda. Duris reikėtų labiau izoliuoti nuo garsų iš koridoriaus, per didelis tarpas tarp grindų ir durų. Kokie bus pusryčiai buvome perskaitę iš anksto - nenustebino, bet nepatiko, kad 3 rytus iš 3 negavome bananų (pasirinkimas obuolys arba bananas). Ir nepatogu, kad pusryčiai tik iki 9:30. Matėme, kad 9:25 svečiam buvo pasakyta, kad jau neaptarnaus, pavėlavo."

"Viešbutis yra labai geroje vietoje, netoli transporto stotelės, aplink daug parduotuvių, kavinių. Į Centrą galima nueiti ir pėsčiomis. Labai švaru. Mūsų kambarys buvo aukščiausiame aukšte, lipti teko siaurais laiptais, bet nesiskundžiame - pasportavome :) Dėl pusryčių nėra ko rašyti blogų atsiliepimų, nes kokie jie bus aiškiai parašyta prieš užsakant - mes traktavome juos kaip bonusą, nes būtume užsakę šį viešbutį tokia pačia kaina ir be pusryčių. Patogu, kad visą parą dirba registratūra. Maloniai nustebino, kad ir viršutiniame aukšte greitai atbėgdavo karštas vanduo ir vandens spaudimas buvo neblogas. Viešbutis turėjo paskolinti elektros jungiklio adapterį. Kambaryje gerai veikė Wi-Fi."

"Staff was really friendly, especially the breakfast serving ladies. Property and the rooms was really clean. Location was good, nice and quite yet very close to busy bars, shops, Hyde Park and underground stations."

"The location was a short walk away from Bayswater underground station and a 10 minutes walk from Kensington Palace. The area had plently of shops and food places. The hotel was excellent as a base to go back to for sleeping after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was good, they were honest upfront as what you get for the free breakfast. Other breakfast items for a charge etc. The room was small but had two single beds, chest of drawers and a night stand and a tv. We also had our own bathroom with a shower. We got given towels and a hair dryer too."

"The only thing I didnt like was the door and stairs to the breakfast room with a 5 year old. The door was heavy and opened straight onto stairs that twisted round to go down."

"Perfect and safe location. Only 8’ on foot to the underground station. The room was kinda small but clean overall. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was simple but good. You choose 4 items only from the breakfast choices and we chose cereal with milk, toast with butter and jam, orange juice and coffee. I loved that we asked for almond milk and they gave us."

"I would like if there were some more choices for breakfast and if the towels were changed every day. You can ask the reception to change them but there is a cost for this. The towels are changed at the third day of your stay."

"Price was fantastic givent the location. Accomodation is situated in nice neighborhood close to Hyde Park. My room was located in another building which is few hundred meters from reception. Rather comfortable single room with TV and much of the daylight. Small ensuite bathroom with shower. Basic breakfast included in the price."
