The apartment was clean and comfortable with good facilities with a nice little balcony and lovely views over Nice by night. The hosts were very helpful and communication was excellent. "Great floor plan, with 2 bedrooms and the living room separate from the kitchen - a bit of privacy for everyone. Very clean, kitchen well equipped. Toilet is separate from the bathroom which is helpful for a group of 4 or more. Easy parking around the property. Very close to the beach, 2 minute on foot and to the center, restaurants, supermarket. Very responsive, friendly and helpful host!"
