Decent little kitchen area with kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, balcony. Coat hooks and towel hooks are needed, we only stayed 1 night, but this annoys me and we travelled very light!"

"Inflexible check in although the ‘care taker’ tried to fit us in earlier (15mins). We were not aware of this until the morning of day of arrival. Most apartments have a lock box outside to access the key/fob to the accommodation, which would make check in smoother and more efficient for guests and staff."

"The location was just a few minutes walk from the town centre. It was close to the railway station. The apartment was very cosy. Maria, who met us at the appartment , was extremely helpful. Thank you. We had a very pleasant stay in Annecy for 3 nights. We are looking forward to a return trip."

"Le logement est très bien. Les lits sont confortables et il est plaisant de s’y reposer. La proximité avec le centre historique est très appréciable. Nous vous conseillons de laisser votre voiture au parking indiqué dans la description : à Annecy, la voiture est plus une prise de tête qu’autre chose."

"Ce qui est un peu décevant est le manque de confiance de la propriétaire, probablement dû à de mauvaises expériences avec certains voyageurs. Des messages sont affichés un peu partout, menaçant de prélever des frais sur la carte bancaire si certaines règles ne sont pas respectées. Je peux le comprendre, mais cela crée une atmosphère d’inconfort pour les voyageurs. La cuisine est mal isolée (courants d’air). Le bouchon de la baignoire a été retiré, ce qui est dommage, car j’avais loué ce logement pour la présence de celle-ci. Ma femme ayant des problèmes de genoux, cela devait lui permettre de se soulager."
