"Just as it looks in the photos. The perfect spot for a few days of local living in Cotignac. I would also so happily rent it as a studio for a longer period. Well équipped, spacious as a studio. First floor and so stairs OK. Lovely, v helpful landlord"

"It was in a great central location of Cotignac. It had a very comfortable bed and we were grateful for the fan."
"If anything it would be the height of the soap dish in the bathroom. Could only just reach it. Problems with the toilet on our last night were quickly sorted out by Serge."
"Lovely cosy place just few steps to all the bars and restaurants!"

"The apartment was amazing! Would 100% recommend staying here! The host was very sweet and instructions were super easy. It's only a couple steps away from Monaco and only 2 mins to the bus stop in Monaco. It was very clean and had everything you need. Two beds so you could easily stay with 4 people. The bed was also very comfortable. It even had a balcony with view onto the ocean!"

"The place was just great. The location is perfect - near the center but still quiet and peaceful. The host was very nice, explained us everything, asked us if we need anything. The communication was really smooth and we felt genuinely welcomed. He was also very flexible with our schedule and let us stay after the check out time. We would definitely stay there again if visiting Angers."
