"La paix,la tranquillité,l’accès à la ville à pieds ainsi que les transports publics qui y sont bien desservis. Des jeunes ravis d’avoir découvert la ville ainsi que son château qui donne une vue imprenable sur les belles cathédrales. "La cama bastante cómoda, el aparcamiento porque en Niza es dificil aparcar. "Property is in the suburbs so as such is a little distance from the town centre, but it is well served by local buses and ebikes that can be easily hired from various points around the city. Property is spacious, modern, clean and with good security. The property owner was very friendly and even offered to drop me back to the bus station to take me back to the airport which I availed of."
