"Family of 4, with two teenagers. Children slept in an open space studio. The other room was downstairs, and there was no ventilation at all. If you want to eat or have coffee and someone still sleeping, not the best idea as the apartment floor plan is really silly. There is no ventilation in the shower as well. Also, there wasn't toilet paper when we came. Not what you expect from the photos."

"Loved the layout of the room. Never had a cellar room. before. It was in a great location, only very short distance from a small Carrefour,(they stop selling wine at 5pm). Short walk from gare du Nord. Restaurants in all directions, short walk. I liked the double security element of a street gate then an apartment door. Outside entrance was easily accessible by Uber."

"If I really was trying to find fault then the toilet flush stuck on occasionally and was missing a button. Not a big issue."

"Merci beaucoup Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique dans cet appartement entre amis. Ce n'est peut-être pas un hôtel de luxe, mais l'endroit est très propre, chaleureux et fait désormais partie de nos plus beaux souvenirs de Paris. Le point fort est sans aucun doute l'emplacement : tout près de la gare et assez proche des sites touristiques pour tout faire à pied. Nous avons adoré découvrir la ville en marchant. De plus, le contact avec le propriétaire a été excellent et très sympathique. Je recommande vivement !"
