"The location was great. Only 5 minutes to Trocadero Square and metro station, and 15 minutes to Eiffel Tower by walk. There were grossmarket near to the house. The flat was amazing, there were everything we needed, and it was very beautifully furnished. Both the dishwasher and the kitchen was very cute and useful. There were even sepererate a freezer! There were also 2 washing machine but we didn't use. There were 2 toilets and bathrooms. The apartment was clean. There were 3 double beds and they were very comfortable. 6 person can stay easily. On the contrary the other reviews, we could use wi-fi connection smoothly. There is a small black modem (TP-link) in the second room, you must turn on that device and enter the password under the modem for wi-fi connection. And i want to thank the owner and customer relations representative. They were very kind and helpful. They didn't refuse any our requests. I highly recommend this flat in your Paris trip."

"This was the classiest little top-floor apartment of our journey. Clean, modern, slick, newly renovated. Comfy queen bed. Professional touches, like small shampoos and bath gels. Even little treats in the kitchen. Tiny bath, but new and doable, if you’re not huge. Only one caveat—the spiral staircase is tricky for older people with bad knees or balance problems. Pack light—the risers are a bit tall! Great location in historic village. Free parking a few streets away, and down the hill a bit. Such friendly, pleasant people. Biot has our vote for where to stay and make day trips to neighboring chaotic seaside tourist towns and their museums. Safe harbor, peaceful and sweet."

"L'emplacement est calme et bien situé (accès direct aux pistes cyclables , à proximité du port de Loix). Malgré la proximité du voisinage, il n'y a pas de vis à vis direct. Un parking pour la voiture et les vélos sont à disposition. La maison est fonctionnelle et bien équipée, les équipements sont récents et de bonne qualité. Beaucoup de rangements. La décoration est agréable et de bon goût. Pas de surprise la maison est totalement conforme aux photos ! Enfin nous avons apprécié l'accueil sympathique de Christine sa disponibilité."
