"Schöne kleine Wohnung mit allem, was man so braucht. Ein Auto kann man im "Hof" parken. Je nach Größe des Autos und Parksituation auf der Straße davor, erfordert das etwas Zirkelei. Bäcker und Lebensmittelläden sind im Ort zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit einer kleinen Wanderung am Kanal kommt man zum EU-Gebäude. Die Innenstadt erreicht man gut mit der Straßenbahn."

"Une petite maison très bien située le long du canal dans un quartier résidentiel calme et à 2 pas du centre du village avec les commerces et resto. Tout est très fonctionnel et la courette devant la maison permet de garer la voiture sans souci. Super accueil de la part de la propriétaire très sympathique."
"Nous n avons eu aucun problème mais quelques petites choses pourraient apporter encore plus de confort : une lampe de chevet dans la grande chambre avec également une chaise ou un porte vêtement."

"Absolutely love this apartment! It’s light and airy, has great facilities for cooking and is very comfortable. The location in Epernay cannot be better - right in the middle of Avenue de Champagne amongst all the beautiful houses. Underground private parking is an absolute bonus and is included. It even has a tiny balcony. The instructions and communication from Magda was excellent. Definitely recommend!"
