"I loved this apartment! Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Lots of storage, more than I needed as a solo traveler. There's no lift and it's on the 2nd floor (3rd floor for North Americans). But the stairs were a gentle climb. The location is a 4 minute walk from the train station and trams. Caen has a great transit system so it's easy to get around without a car. If you have a car, the dedicated parking spot was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Le tout on a déjà était très bien accueilli les propriétaires sont top les lieux la location est très propre il a tout pour passé un excellent séjour les couchages très confortables un salon très cosy une cuisine très fonctionnelle salle de bain parfaite et très grande on a eu à disposition de quoi faire le ménage produit, éponges ce qui est très pratique on nous a fourni aussi des torchons il y avait des épices.... Et plein de choses pour que l'on passe un agréable séjour. Et le lac avec les oies les canards et les poissons nous avons adoré d'ailleurs ils nous manquent. Un grand merci à Delphine et son mari. A bientôt...."

"Große und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einer ordentlichen Gegend. Küche, großer Kühlschrank, sehr großer Fernseher, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Sauberkeit war ok. Netter Kontakt und ausführliche Informationen per Chat. Der Zugang erfolgt über einen Code, was einen unabhängig macht. Trotz Lage an einer Straße war es dank Doppelverglasung sehr ruhig. Kostenlose Parkplätze auf der Straße. Die Straßenbahn ist 5 Minuten entfernt und bringt einen in 10 Minuten in die Stadt. Bäcker, Restaurant, Tabac und Pub sind in der Nähe. Komme gerne wieder."

"It’s a lovely little house with a ground floor and an upper floor. The rooms upstairs are connected to each other. Downstairs, there’s a kitchen and a living room – everything is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking: utensils, dishes, pots – absolutely everything. You also have towels, bed linen, soap, detergent – all the essentials are provided. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful. There’s private parking in the yard, and a small outdoor table with chairs where you can enjoy your coffee. Another nice thing is that the hosts live nearby – if you need anything, you can easily contact them and arrange a time to meet. Everything is very well organized and pleasant."
