"It was beautiful, great location and amazing food. Such a gorgeous setting in an idyllic medieval village. The family rooms were excellent. We have 3 boys and it’s always hard finding a family room that caters for us all as a family of 5. The 3 single beds and double made it really comfortable. Loved the black out blinds too!"
"The only thing that could be a problem on hot evenings is the lack of air conditioning or fans in the rooms. There were 2 big velux windows but not much air came through them as it’s in a very secluded position. A fan in the rooms would be a great addition."

"The location was like something from a film set, quiet, peaceful and with the most fantastic views. The only sounds were the birds singing. The room was huge with an enormous and very comfortable bed and the shower was perfect. Breakfast was tasty and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Would love to go back for another, longer visit"

"I was cycling long distance to get to the property and the hosts communicated well during the day. I was a little late and the hosts stayed to eat with me. They served a beautiful and delicious meal and were very helpful. The property was spotless and very quiet. The facilities were good and they stored my bike safely for me. The breakfast was large and delicious and the host provided a sandwich for my lunch. This stay was a highlight of my trip from Calais to Bologna. Merci à Yves et Anne"

"Great secure courtyard through the "great doors". Covered area for motorbikes and supplied with additional stretch covers for the motorbike. Our hostess was wonderfully welcoming. We were shown to our room and invited downstairs for refreshments when we were ready to do so. The house is historically interesting, well appointed, clean and comfortable, and our hostess spoke excellent English and was very entertaining. Our bed was comfortable, the toilet and shower/bathing facilities were very good. Plenty of hot water and shower pressure was good. We enjoyed a lavish continental breakfast with homemade yoghurt, fresh apple juice, local cheeses, and lovely bread."

Having breakfast on the terras facing the ocean in the morning sun and light breeze, is unforgettable! The staff were amazing, at our arrival stayed late after hours to help us with the check in. At departure we could not get a taxi to the train station so they took us themselves by car! |They have our gratitude and appreciation!"
