"We liked the central location in Avallon and the stylish decor. We really appreciated having a balcony. (The property has a door code for the building and the flat has keys in a key box. This is not an option on the survey bonus question about access to the property.)"
"There is a restaurant with outside tables very close to the property so some noise until fairly late in the evening. It didn't spoil our stay but it was September so there weren't many people sitting outside."

"Le gîte a été restauré avec beaucoup de goût, et a un charme fou. Les descriptions et photos sont très fidèles. Il est situé en plein centre historique, donc on ressort à pied se balader dans le quartier. Avalon est une bonne étape pour faire le nord de la bourgogne, et je conseille vivement d'aller au centre d'info touristique ( qui est à deux pas de la location), car la personne qui nous a reçu nous a vraiment éclairé sur l'organisation de nos deux jours, pour faire des boucles différentes."

"Thanks for the stay: very welcoming host, easy access from the metro station, excellent location to Velodrome and Palais des Sports (event the city center is just 5 metro stops away). Building and surroundings are good, shipping center Prado 500m away as well as a park with kids playground Wifi worked well, bed was good, TV flat screen cool I specially appreciated cool filtered water integrated in the fridge :) there is plenty of parking spots around the area (though i did not use one)"
