"I know you pay for the convenience of the mini-bar, but €3 for a small bottle of water is a bit steep. We were staying on an exceptionally hot day. Room 8 under the roof was equipped with a handy mobile air-conditioning unit, which was sorely needed but very noisy."

Our travel plans changed and they rearranged the date at short notice and without a fuss (but forgot to knock the difference between our initial expensive booking and our second cheaper one. They did when I pointed it out.) It's a great place to stay."

I would particularly single out Mathieu, and Nadia for her charm and customer recognition. The reception area is well run. The decor is fun and different. The rooms are well designed for working purposes. The hotel is peaceful but very central."

"It’s very beautiful and nestled at the foot of the hills with its own private pathway which quickly has you in Les Baux village. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated and ours had a balcony with panoramic views. The staff treat you like visiting family and clearly love sharing this special place with their guests. The restaurant is quirkily built into the rocks and is a charming spot for dinner. There’s also plenty of guest parking and if you know the area you’ll know what a good thing that is."

"We had two rooms with an interconnecting door, which was a very good arrangement and not too much over £100. The rooms were comfortable with good bathrooms, nice beds, aircon that worked well. The location was excellent, right in the centre of town. The lobby area was good with, unusually, a water cooler - much appreciated after a long drive."
