"Maelisa was an incredible host, I received a wonderful and friendly welcome with a glass of wine in the garden. Only stayed one night but had a short walk around the area. The breakfast was really delicious; fresh eggs, croissants, beautiful bread with a vast selection of her home grown jams and honey, and great coffee! The room was lovely, pretty view of the garden, and very nice complimentary toiletries."

"Great accomodation with very friendly and attentive hosts. The food was amazing, the attention to detail was wonderful. Drinks on arrival in the garden, including homemade elderflower cordial was a nice welcome. Breakfast was perfect, particularly the fresh eggs. We also had dinner here and it was nicer than most restaurants. We would definitely recommend a stay."

"Lovely warm welcome from Maelisa, beautiful room with lovely antique furniture in a great location and I had a very restful nights sleep. Breakfast was a feast with lots of homemade treats and home grown conserves with were simply wonderful host could not have made anything more perfect. Wonderful stay! Highly Recommend"

"Das kleine über 300 Jahre alte Häuschen mit einem eigenen Gartenanteil ist rustikal und bietet einen gemütlichen Hüttenflair. Es hat einen Essbereich (wobei wir immer draußen gegessen haben), eine Küche mit Spülmaschine, Gasherd, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach. Ein nettes kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Ein Elternschlafzimmer und auf der Bühne unterm Dach nochmal 3 Betten für die Kinder. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt neben einem kleinen Swimmingpool und einer Snackbar die von den Betreibern außergewöhnlich Liebevoll betrieben wird. Véro und Fred scheinen sehr nette Betreiber zu sein, die die Unterkunft mit Liebe betreiben. Gepflegte Gartenanlagen, Liebe im Detail, tolle Snacks. Man findet überall ein Plätzchen zum Spielen oder Lesen. Es gibt einen tollen Spielplatz für Kinder."

"Nice, calm and tidy residence, with big and clean swimming pools (hydro massage too). A nice bar with some entertainments. Rooms not really new but comfortable. Sea and ile rousse far 10 min by car. We enjoyed our staying a lot."

"Excellent continental breakfast served in a lovely conservatory. Great ,spacious room with quirky musical themed decoration. We were there over a French bank holiday so the area was very quiet and felt very safe. Noisier after the bank holiday but not intrusive. The property was ideally situated for us as we were visiting family in Hellemes. Easy access to Lille centre on the metro. The hosts were very nice and understood our very limited French ."
