"Die Lage und damit auch die Aussicht ist nicht zu übertreffen. Man sieht das Meer wirklich aus dem Wohnzimmer und natürlich auch im Garten. Der kleine Ort hat alles was man braucht und sehr viel Charme! Das Haus hat eine komplett ausgestattete Küche!"

"Logement super, bien situé, près des pistes, avec des espaces bien agencés. La pièce mezzanine est très appréciable pour les enfants. Le local à skis est aussi fonctionnel, on peut y mettre skis et chaussures facilement."

"The location is perfect - 4 minutes walk from town with bars and restaurants and 2 minutes from a supermarket. Kermat is a 10 minute drive from the lovely beaches of Saint-Cast-Le-Guildo and 20 minutes from Erquy. Very comfortable gite and even able to pick up some English TV channels. I think we are the first guests from UK but clearly a popular holiday home."
