"Phantastische Lage in Meeresnähe, das Grundstück ist nur durch den Wanderweg von den Klippen getrennt und es sind nur 170m Fußweg zum Strand. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit Möbeln und Dekoration im klassisch-maritimen Stil, hell und freundlich und mit vielen schönen Bildern an den Wänden. Der offene Wohn-Ess-Küchenbereich ist hell und geräumig mit Fenstern zu allen Seiten. Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Separates WC und Duschbad. Im oberen Stockwerk separates WC und Vollbad und 4 kleine Schlafzimmer, 3 davon mit Meerblick, Meeresrauschen garantiert. Rollläden bei Bedarf zur Verdunklung vorhanden. Auch für große Reisegruppen oder Familien mit Kindern möglich. Durch den gemütlich ausgestatteten Innenbereich und die Heizkörper in allen Zimmern ist sicher ein Aufenthalt im Winter auch schön in diesem Haus. "The apartment was very spacious and had private outdoor space and access to the pool. Eric and Brenda were extremely welcoming, gave us excellent advice about the local area (including shops, restaurants, running routes etc) and they were always available if we had any questions. The apartment was finished to a high standard, was very clean and had everything we needed to have a relaxing stay in Cotignac. The apartment is well located, it is very quiet, has all the essentials within less than 5 minutes of driving, it is surrounded by various vineyards, and it is easy to access Cotignac with a car."
