"Ce gîte magnifique possède des prestations et équipements haut de gamme, nous l'avons beaucoup apprécié pour fêter entre amis l'anniversaire de notre fils. Mention spéciale à l'écran déroulant qui nous a permis de projeter nos diaporamas ! Il est très généreusement doté en vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine, et Anne-Cécile est très réactive pour toutes les demandes. "The house has everything we needed, full kitchen accessories, tram and buses 3 mnts walk away from the house wich takes you all around Bordeaux, 15 mnts away from the center of Bordeaux. The house has no parking in the premises but we had no issues of finding a parking spot in the street it’s safe and free , we really enjoyed our stay , I went for a walk late at night with my teenage daughters, we felt really safe in the area , small supermarket close by carrefour market and hypermarket Leclerc , restaurants within walking distance, Thanks to l équipe loc n stay for everything, definitely will come back again"
"Perfect location on a side street, not too noisy but lots of small cafes, bars and restaurants in walking distance. The smaller river of the city is very close, and you can follow it directly to the Matibau station."

"The host Véronique is very friendly and helpful.She made a very good breakfast and was readily available for any advice.The room was spacious and beds very confortable. The house is situated on a main road so very easy access to the motorway and surrounding areas to visit.Parking is in front of the house. There are tea and coffee facilities in the room, and also a fridge in the common area although we didn’t use it."
