"Ens esperàvem un petit apartament i ens vam trobar una caseta de planta, pis i altell molt bonica, decirada càlidament i amb molt de gust, amb tot el necessari per a habitar-la, tant pel que fa a la cuina com al bany i a les habitacions. Al no estar al centre de Vilafranca, la casa era molt tranquil·la i s'hi aparcava fàcilment. El passeig fins al centre era ràpid."
