Marc loves the area and it's history and gave me a great tour to sites, landscape, and beauitiful curches in out of the way villages that I would never have seen . Couiza has everything you need plus the buses go south to Quillan then Perpignan or north through Limoux then Carcassonne, stopping at many smaller towns along the way. The accommodation is just back from the main square. Bus stop only 100m. A very relaxing and comfortable stay."
