"Nicely renovated apartment with good facilities; close to public transport (tram and bus), though a little out of the main centre of Grenoble. Good service from the property managers."
"No way to control the thermostat, was too hot for our liking. Checkin required us to call a local French number to gain access to the building, but our travel SIM didn't allow voice calls (just had to tailgate someone else to get in!)."
"Pas aimé le systeme d'autentification pour entrée ds l'appartement et la caution. L'application booking.com sur android n'est pas commlète. Nous avions payé, et faillit ne pas pouvoir entrer. Le logement et son emplacement est Top, calme, parfait. Nous étions 4 adultes. Il y avait des capsules de la marque de cafetiere nespresso et du thé, à notre arrivée."
"Le protocol d'arrivée est trop compliqué nous perdons trop de teps, pas adapté à tous les support et générations. Tout doit être fait avant de payer, puisqu'il s'agit d'arriver "autonole" et sur la même application. Sur l'apps booking, ns devrio s retrouver la caution avant de payer la résa. Sur l'apps booking ns devrions avoir le systeme de reconnaissance que demande golden gestion SANS AVOIR à CLIQUER SUR DES LIENS HYPERYEXTES INCONNUS. S'il y a 2 fois le numero 18, il faut nous prévenir, surtoit de nuit sous la pluie et neige... bref l'arrivee était un désastre, le logement super et les contacts avec les 2 jeunes femme super. On attend le remboursement de la caution de 250e maintenant. Très chaud en hiver : ns aurions aimé baissé le chauffage. La connexion wifi n'a pas fonctinné sur l'ordinateur et réussi sur dmartphone. (Compatibilité à revlir)."
