"The property was clean, organise and nicely decorated, with all the useful kitchen utencils, including dishwasher, washing machine which came in very handy. We felt right at home here. Our host Olga and little Danielle was fantastique😃"
"Location was near everything we needed to access including 5-10 minutes to the Monaco hotel, beach shops etc, however because of the building's location on a busy side road, it could be noisey with the cars and bikes passing by sometimes."

"Sandrine and her husband are amazing hosts. Before I arrived, she texted about the dinner and breakfast options. When I arrived I was served a very delicious 3 course meal. The breakfast was good too. The place is very cute and comfortable."

Les propriétaires ont été réactifs, ils m’ont contacté en amont pour confirmer que tout était prêt et m’ont proposé une arrivée autonome grâce à une boîte à clés sécurisée, ce qui a grandement facilité mon installation. J’ai séjourné une nuit au gîte de Bellevue dans le cadre d’une formation professionnelle à Nueil-les-Aubiers, et tout s’est très bien passé !"
