"die Lage ist in einer kleinen Privatstrasse, wenn sämtliche 5 Einheiten belegt sind könnte es parkmäßig enger werden, man muss ggf. rangieren zumindest mit SUV. Das Häuschen ist intelligent aufgeteilt und was technische Geräte anghet auf dem neuesten Stand. Auch die Kücheneinrichtung,Besteck u.ä. ist auf einem sehr guten Niveau. Da in der Umgebung das Internet durchaus schwächelt ist das hauseigene wlan mit einer beinahe 100er-Leistung beachtlich. In 5-10 Minuten Gehzeit ist man am schönen Starnd von Matha."
