"Cadre magnifique à la campagne pour un séjour de repos au calme. Petit déjeuner très bien garni que l on peut aussi bien prendre dans la chambre que dans le jardin. Très belle chambre d hote avec salle de bain privative. Mention +++ pour l'hôtesse qui est absolument charmante et professionnelle."

"The location was wonderful, a farm in the countryside near a little town. The host was a very nice lady who was helpful and approachable, welcoming and fun. The pool was small but very nice, plenty to cool off, with a few loungers / seats around the pool. From the window you see birds flying in and out of the barn and in the evening bats, we loved the wildlife as well as the farm animals. Breakfast was included and was fresh with plenty of variety including local and home made produce, really good. A great nights sleep, very peaceful. We liked there was no TV in the rooms. It would be a bonus to have a pack of cards and some other games like chess, ludo, back gammon on offer outside the room. We would return !! The negative points below are to be helpful, it is hard to write as we had a great time!"

"There needs to be a couple of chairs in the room to be able to sit down & read. If the weather had been poor I would have asked for some. If I had known I would have taken camping chairs, no problem. Be nice if they were on offer, the stools were not enough. It says there is a fridge. You can fit 2 large cans of beer in the tiny electric cooler (using this as a size reference only). So you HAVE to eat out. no washing up stuff / soap tea towel, again I could have taken if known, just to wash cups, I'm sure the lovely host would swap etc. but I don't want to ask if I want a drink each time. Also take your own things if staying longer than one night - bigger plates, cutting knife, bottle opener etc. if wanted, I don't want to eat out twice a day. Only three flimsy coat hangers, more would be a great addition. Finally a door to the bathroom or heavier curtain would be a huge asset, you might be with a friend not family. Nothing would deter me from returning, these things would just be good to know in advance."
