It is easily accessible by car for people who come to do day trips in the area, and the arranged carpark space is perfect and secure. The apartment itself has all the home conveniences and equipment and is very spacious and comfortable. Everything is in new condition. Finally, the owner/manager is amazing, attentive, kind and available for assistance. He is a prize"

"L'emplacement est très bien situé, tout près du marché, des halles et du centre. Les transports en commun sont facilement accessibles. L'appartement est cosy à souhait, très agréable, très bien aménagé et confortable. Le chauffage et l'eau chaude fonctionnent impeccablement. En janvier, c'est important. Le propriétaire est aux petits soins et très disponible en cas de besoin. Cerise sur le gâteau, il y a un cady marché. Merci encore au propriétaire pour tout."

"Excellent WE à DIJON ; l’appartement « La Chouette » au rez- de-chaussée est très facile d’accès et idéalement placé au Centre Ville de Dijon. A 3mn des Halles du Marché (avec ses nombreux restaurants , ( merci Pierre pour les conseils) Le Garage gratuit à proximité est très pratique et nous n’avons pas eu à chercher des places de parking et nous avons économisé les parcmètres ! L’appartement est tout neuf avec une splendide pièce à vivre bien décorée et une cuisine très équipée Le lit est très confortable et l’espace travail pratique. Merci Pierre pour les attentions. Si nous retournons à Dijon, nous irons dans cet appartement « La Chouette »"
