Without his help I would have been left in an extremely stressful situation as my command of the French language is very poor. He called on my behalf, and kept me up to date. He is an asset to your company."

"The hotel is located on the outskirts of Senlis, a miles walk from the city centre, which is very pretty and has some great wee cafes and restaurants etc. The property was clean and perfectly adequate for our needs, (a one night stop over en route to Calais) the room was well air conditioned and cool during a heatwave. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and courteous."

"The car park seemed a little insecure, so if you are bringing valuables perhaps prepare to take them inside, that being said the car park benefits from good shade."
