"Beat a path to La Belle Minervoise and Sophie and Jean Claude’s kitchen. Their little hotel delivered the warmest welcome and the finest food of our trip! They offered us mojitos for an apéritif, and later sat down with us for the most magnificent supper of home made cassoulet, fine wine, and an evening of entertaining conversation (in English!).
