"Great value for money, super apartment. And Othmane was a brilliant host. Incredibly communicative and supportive. We acccidentally took our door keys and Othmane was patient and understanding. We returned them."

"We were allowed to check in a little early and met Othmane at the property who showed us around. The flat was comfortable and there was a good amount of space. There is a great Italian restaurant called Squadra Club on the ground floor of the building for a pre-dinner spritz or yummy pizzas."

"It's a little walk to the pretty old town but it is very near both main train stations and a good Westfield shopping mall plus Carrefore supermarket."

"The location was very convenient, within walking distance of both train stations, the shopping centre and the old town. It was well equipped and maintained. The staff were very helpful, greeting us on arrival, and dealing promptly with a problem (loss of electricity due to a failed kettle). Othmane came to sort this out immediately abd reassured us that he woukd be available out of hours."

"Location was excellent once we found it !! Did struggle from Eurostar to find quickest route! Othman’s was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, thank you."

"Only one issue was lack of hot water for morning showers!! Whoever was 2nd didn’t have enough hot water, glad there were only 2 of us in the apartment."

"The service was exceptional. Numerous text messages throughout our stay to see how the team could assist if needed. A couple of very small issues were resolved and followed up professionally, respectfully and timely. The apartment was very comfortable, spotless, quality towels and bedding. Would we stay again? Absolutely. Highly recommended. Thank you team Edgar!"

"Location is outside city center. However, there is a good bar downstairs if you need a drink and don't feel like walking. It is fine in any case, you only need to walk about 10 mins and you are in the city center."

"The apartment was in a very good location, easy walking to Flandres station, Eurostar station, supermarket and shopping mall. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need, including laundry facilities and very comfortable. The communication between the host and the flat manager who greeted us was excellent. We would definitely recommend Edgar Suites."

"Good location. Only a 10 minute walk from Lille Europe & the Westfield Shopping Centre & supermarkets. Short walk to the city centre, tram & metro station. Well equipped and super clean. Bright, airy and quiet. We had a power cut one morning but it was dealt with quickly and we were kept informed of the situation."

"It would have been great to have been able to leave our luggage near the apartment before & after check in. With an early arrival and late departure on Eurostar we needed somewhere to leave our bags. The stasher locations weren't very close so we used the staffed luggage storage facility at Lille Europe (4 euros per item for 4 hours). Situated at the extreme south end of the passenger concourse & not very well sign posted, but a good facility."
