"The apartment is large and spacious. The beds are comfy. Location is very good, a quick tram ride to the city center (we stayed a little outside the center specifically to be closer to airport and further from the busier downtown). Very nice view of the water."

"Amazing stay in this super cosy apartment. There was a bottle of wine waiting. The bed was super comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the location was superb minutes from the centre. Once I left this property, I realised I left behind my expensive sunglasses, which has been posted to my UK address with no charge and tracking for these provided cant thank them enough. If I am ever in troys again this is where I will be staying."

"Great location right in the city center of Juan-les-Pins and very close to the train station, La Pinède, beaches and various restaurants. Also very nice to have a little supermarket on the same street. Easy to pick up the key from a locker right outside the entrance upon arrival. The appartment building itself is in need of refurbishment but it has a secure access and convenient with a small lift up to the 3rd floor. Appartment is exactly as on the pictures so no unwelcome surprises. Keep in mind that layout is open planned so no door to the bedroom area but with that said, it is well separated from the kitchen/living with the bathroom in between. All in all, very good rental."
