"My only negative is that you have to hand over a €300 deposit in cash. It would be more helpful to do this electronically as it meant we could not check out earlier than 11am because we had to wait for the house to be inspected and our cash deposit returned. It just takes away from a bit of the freedom as a guest because you have to be at the house at certain times for check in and check out with the cash."
