"Puiki vieta apsistoti Nicoje. Tamara viena puikiausių šeimininkių kokių teko sutikti, rūpinosi prieš ir visos kelionės metu. Pats butas tvarkingai įrengtas, švarus ir šviesus, su visa reikalinga įranga jame. Butas visai šalia jūros, vos kelios minutės pėščiomis. Šalia daugybė kavinių, už kampo maisto prekių parduotuvė. Iki traukinių stoties apie 20 min. pėščiomis (iš ten per pusvalandį pasiekiami Kanai ir Monakas). Tikrai rekomenduoju"

"It was decorated really nicely and had everything we needed. The location was great, an under 10 minute walk to the beach and a short walk to tram stops. The train station was about a 25 minute walk and 30 mins to the old town and port. Tamara was lovely and helpful. There are lots of restaurants, take aways, supermarkets and bakeries in walking distance. We had amazing brunches at Edmond Cafe no1."
"The only thing we didn’t like was the noise from outside (traffic, bin trucks, people) on a few nights. Not sure if it was noisier than usual due to the half marathon being on though."
"Very kind host. Cozy apartment, close to the beach and promenade. To the center and train station 15 minutes pleasant walk. Easy to reach from the airport by tram. Large supermarket and bakery just around the corner. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Netflix. Quite neighborhood."

"This was a super charming 10/10 stay! The location is perfect, super close to the beach and old town/city center. The appartment is super clean, spacious and lovely. Everything looks even better than in the photos! There is enough towels, slippers, water in the fridge, a dishwasher with pods, and cleaning supplies. The owner Tamara is super nice and has even left us a suprise gift for our anniversary. She deserves every 10 she got!"
