Small comfortable studio with a pull out sofa couple bed, kitchen facilities, shower area, washing machine, cupboards, smart tv. 3rd floor but had a good elevator Very good value for money Very quiet, the area felt safe. Great Air conditioning unit Near trams, buses into town Main train stations x 2 Airport 30 minutes walk City centre 40 minutes walk Local shops, cafes, and small supermarkets Sea and beach 5 minutes walk I would stay here again it is fine for 1 or 2 people, not for a family."
