O apto é bem antigo, mas tava tudo perfeitamente limpo. É exatamente como nas fotos. Ar condicionado funciona bem, tem estrutura completa c geladeira, maquina de lavar, o banho é bom. O acesso foi perfeito, sem precisar encontrar c o anfitrião. Recebi um código de acesso pra pegar de devolver as chaves na caixinha, tudo bem fácil e prático. Tem um mercadinho ao lado e uma boa padaria perto pra tomar café da manhã."
