"We arrived late in Paris, around 8pm, and unfortunately our room wasn’t ready due to a curtain repair. However, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well by upgrading us to a room with a jacuzzi and sauna, even though we had only booked a standard room. This thoughtful gesture was truly appreciated. The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt very luxurious, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient—close to the metro and only about 30 minutes from major tourist attractions. I also want to highlight their excellent customer service. I accidentally left my phone behind, and they promptly mailed it back to me while keeping me updated throughout the process. A special thank you to Fatenne for the outstanding service. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel."

"The facilities and thought out layout of the room was fantastic. There were plenty of sockets and also c to c option too. There is the lock bracket on the door so ideal if have little children. The shower wow I need one at home , huge space and all the soap, shampoo, conditioner and soap and body lotion, good quality. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of space."
