"We were warmly greeted by the delightful hotelier and immediately made to feel very welcome. We were able to get much needed drinks from the Bar, served on a large shady verandah overlooking the Seine River before our dinner. This was offered at the Hotel, in a large and traditionally decorated dining room. The meal exceeded our expectations, with some delicious courses served, at a very reasonable price. The room was very comfortable and more than adequate for an overnight stay. Breakfast was excellent and our hostess was very apologetic about the lack of croissants - it was a public holiday and no fresh ones were available!! Such a lovely lady and a gorgeous, authentically French place to stay ..."
"The stairs are very steep to the upstairs bedrooms - while not impossible for older people, we had to be very careful, going up and down, especially carrying luggage. We would not have expected a lift in such an old building and this was certainly was not a deal breaker for us."

"Amazing stay. The property is incredibly beautiful with a lush garden and the pool had a nice temperature due to the covering at night. Jacuzzi was an added bonus, we loved it. Breakfast was delicious with homemade, regional products and the view was spectacular. Room was spacious, nice bed, strong shower. The owners went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Thanks again for the late date change, it was appreciated!"
