"La localisation était pratique, à 7 minutes du centre-ville d'Auxerre. Très bien pour un weekend à 2 pour visiter la Bourgogne. La cuisine est bien équipée avec de nombreux ustensiles. Tout est neuf, moderne et confortable, le mobilier est récent. Le parking gratuit est à 2 pas."
"La salle de bains n'a pas de VMC donc il faut ouvrir la fenêtre après chaque douche (cela allait car il faisait chaud dehors, mais en hiver cela ne doit pas être pratique). La rue était un peu bruyante car il y avait du passage juste en-dessous de la fenêtre. Nous n'avons pas réussi à regarder Netflix, le compte était déconnecté sur la télévision."
