"Sijainti on hieman keskustaa kauempana, mutta erinomainen, jos menet Nordikselle tai Korjaamolle nauttimaan kulttuurista. Siisti asunto, hyvät varustelut pesukone, hiustenkuivain, mikro, jääkaappi ja hyvin astioita. Kaunis koti."

"It is a small 1-room apartment in average condition, with great location (cafes, restaurants, food stores and tram stations nearby) super peaceful neighbourhood I really looked for after flying 24 hours and the apartment nearly had everything I needed, including a washing machine, stove top, etc. I think it's fairly priced, easily accessible and a host was friendly with whom the communication was smooth. Thank You!"

"Majapaikassa nukuimme erittäin hyvin. Keittiössä oli mukavasti saatavilla tarpeellisia tarvikkeita, ja lähistöltä löytyy kauppoja. Lähes kaksi vuotta sitten yövyimme täällä viimeksi ja mieluusti saavumme jälleen seikkailulle. Majoittajaan sai hyvin yhteyden. Lämmin suositus tästä majapaikasta."

"The beds were comfortable and it was great to have so many bathrooms. The bathrooms were well equipped with paper towels and soap, which was a nice surprise. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The lodge was big so we had a lot of space to do our activities. The jacuzzi was a great extra. We got early check-in and late check-out as a surprise."

"We loved everything about our stay at Konstikatu 5. It’s a beautifully decorated apartment, in a brilliant, central location within Rovaniemi city centre. The apartment is cosy, has all the amenities you need for a city break inducing washing machine, kitchen utilities, and dishwasher. We appreciated the decorations inside. The vibe was very peaceful. I am noise and light sensitive and this apartment was perfect for me and my young family. It was quiet at night, and in the day. The bus stop for Santa Claus Village is right outside the apartment and there’s a very good Supermalret (Supermarket K) just 6 minutes walk away. The host was super responsive and made us feel at home. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we return to Rovaniemi. Thank you Anneli!"
