"Loved everything about it. The staff was kind and friendly, the family room was quite spacious and very warm. The location was also quite magical and just a short drive from Killarney town. Breakfast was also nice and had few options, the staff was really attentive to what we wanted in case it was missing and made sure we had everything we wanted. Would definitely stay here again"

Needs a bit of modernisation- shower heads had to be held having a shower as there were no hooks to hang them. I know not a fault of the property but electricity/water and wifi kept cutting out.

"Unique location and beautiful surroundings, produce and farming everywhere you look. Home cooked meals where delicious. If you are looking for a authentic experience this is it!"

"The hosts were very friendly and sincere in their service to their guests. The breakfast and dinner were good. We tried their apple cider tasting board and I really enjoyed it. We had bonfire after dinner and the children enjoyed gathering dried grasses to add to the fire. The owner even brought us to their mushroom farm and showed the operation of the farm, which we were very impressed. Hope to visit Cider Barn &more again, maybe in another season."

It was quite a challenge driving in the dark to the accommodation. It’s better to reach there before sunset.

"The place is super quiet as it is hidden in a beautiful nature. The keeper of the place Janaka and the chef are very nice people, food is amazing - one of the best we have had on the island. Beach is not so close - it is over 20 minutes walk - but this we did not mind too much. We also enjoyed swimming pool. We very recommend this place for people who love nature and peace."

It was beautifully furnished, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The landlady was exceptionally kind and responsive—always available to assist us with any request, no matter the time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained place"
