Hotel La Isla

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel La Isla during our honeymoon. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. They kindly arranged taxis for us several times and were always ready to help with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. The location is perfect — just steps away from the waterfront, and only a minute’s walk to where sea lions gather. Being able to see them so easily was an unforgettable experience. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The shower, lighting, and all facilities were excellent and well maintained. Everything worked perfectly, and we had no complaints at all. Breakfast was also delicious. I especially loved the pan de queso, and we enjoyed having plenty of fresh fruit every morning. It was the perfect way to start our days in the Galápagos. Thank you again to the entire team for making our honeymoon so memorable. We truly hope to return someday."

Everything is very well maintained, the breakfast is simple but delicious, and everything runs smoothly and efficiently, always adapted to your needs. Our room was very spacious and had a lovely view of the garden, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this place gave us a great experience and a really pleasant moment during our time on Santa Cruz."

"The hotel is in a fantastic location in Puerto Ayoro. Really close to great restaurants and shops. The room we stayed in was in the new part of the hotel and was amazing. Incredibly well appointed. Super comfortable beds, amazing bathroom and shower. For the price I paid, the room was beyond expectations. Looked and felt more like a high end 5 star hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful, advising on local activities we could try based on the time we had available. I would highly recommend. If I return, I will be staying here again."
