"1. Large house with many rooms. Nice pool and outside terrace 2. Location was good for us (Google Maps shows the wrong location. Search for Nissi Golden Sands Villas & Appartments). A great beach is 10 minutes walk away. You have a few shops and restaurants around also. The location is rather far from Aiya napa centre, but that was a conscious decision. 3. Communication with the host was good 4. BBQ area 5. Everything was clean and we could find all we need for comfortable living"

"1. The floor (tiles) near the pool got really slippery when even a bit wet and our kids did fall a few times. So be careful and walk slow 2. The beds were really hard, but this is a matter of preference (some of the people in our family even liked that) 3. You will see some wear and tear (depreciation), but it does not have any negative effect on Your stay. 4. Wifi was not very stable and it had very bad/non existent reception on the 2nd floor. We ended using Mobile Internet most of the time 5. We wanted to keep windows open during the night (it was beginning of October so night was ~20C which is perfect) not to run air conditioners, but traffic sounds were just too loud, so had to close the windows (and run conditioners)"

"Vi havde et helt fantastisk ophold! Huset levede fuldt ud op til vores forventninger – faktisk var der ikke noget som helst at sætte en finger på. Det var virkelig flot og velholdt indvendigt, helt rent og pænt overalt, og indretningen var både moderne og hyggelig. Udenfor var der en lækker stor pool med masser af plads, gode liggestole og en fin grill. Det var perfekt til afslapning og hyggelige aftener. Værten var utrolig sød og hjælpsom, altid klar med gode råd eller hjælp hvis vi havde spørgsmål. Beliggenheden var også rigtig god tæt på nissi Beach – stille og roligt område, men stadig tæt på centrum. Der var en fin gåtur ind til byen, hvilket på ingen måde var et problem – vi gik derind hver dag. Alt i alt kan vi varmt anbefale stedet, og vi ville uden tvivl booke det igen!"

"Det eneste, vi ikke brød os om, var faktisk ikke villaens skyld: Vores naboer (en svensk familie) stod ofte og kiggede ind gennem hegnet til vores have, hvilket var lidt ubehageligt. Men det har jo intet med selve huset eller værten at gøre."

"Der Pool und der Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten ist einfach unglaublich. Das Haus ist sehr gross und gut eingerichtet. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um alles. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt - 5 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bekannten Nissi Beach."
