Featuring 2 hot tubs and free parking, Tenorio Lodge is located between the Tenorio and Miravalles volcanoes and only 12 km away from the Tenorio Volcano National Park and Rio Celeste River. Each bungalow has views towards the Tenorio volcano and are atsipalaidavimo šventyklacious with queen and king size beds, fans, seating areas and private bathrooms with hot water. Breakfast is served daily, international dishes can be ordered at the restaurant, and drinks can be enjoyed at the bar and the deck. Guests can rent bikes or horseback riding to explore the Bijagua Valley, 3 km away and observe birds, learn about native trees and then take a dip in one of our two red cedar hot tubs to relax. They can also visit Cano Negro Park and Palo verde Park, 1 hour and 30 minutes’ away. Rincon de la Vieja is also 1 hour and 30 minutes’ away. Liberia airport is only 1 hour’ drive away from the lodge.

"The breakfast was excellent, with a plate of a variety of fresh fruit every morning."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The grounds are beautiful and the cottages are gorgeous. We saw a tapir and her baby whilst we ate our dinner as they visit the garden most nights."

"Christine managed to create a peaceful, natural place for guests and (!) the animals that live in the area. She planted special trees for sloths, monkeys and birds. And they all came. We even saw a tapier mum with her baby coming to the restaurant area at night. We were able watch them quietly from the terrace. It was such an amzing moment. Thank you for everything, Christine!!!"

"An amazing place with stunning views and abundant wildlife. Lots of birds and we were lucky enough to see a whole troop of white-faced monkeys. Also awoke to the sound of Howler monkeys. Breakfast was very nice too."

"The bungalows were very nice, silent and with a nice view into the nature. The host (Christine) was very nice and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were very tasty. The surrounding with the Tuccas and all the other birds was extraordinary. The nearby Blue River Distillery also is worth a visit, after coming back from the nearby National Park."

"Nice lodge surrounded by a beautiful well maintained garden. In front of the restaurant is a viewing platform from where you can observe the birds visiting the feeding station. We also really enjoyed dinner, well prepared food served by friendy staff."
